About VO 2017 Atlanta

Returning for it’s 5th year, VO Atlanta is the ultimate gathering for members of the voice acting community.  Unlike many conferences with tens of thousands in attendance, VO Atlanta is a focused industry event attracting talent, agents, directors, and industry resources from around the world.  With our innovative programs and sessions presented by industry leaders, VO Atlanta represents a place where the voiceover industry is made better. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or just finding your way, VO Atlanta welcomes you and provides opportunities for you to learn from the best as you connect with others throughout the industry.

Your Host, VoiceoverCity

VoiceoverCity, is a resource and learning group founded on the idea that people grow and learn best when they are a part of a community. To help people achieve their goals, VoiceoverCity works to connect people with the best industry leaders, coaches, and resources available. The services offered are expanding, but the mission of helping people stays the same.  VoiceoverCity, LLC was born from a simple idea: Bring people together, give them access to the best resources available, and foster an environment where all levels of experience are welcome.

Gerald Griffith, founder of VoiceoverCity, LLC started the group around a simple idea of bringing together just 10-20 people so they could connect and grow while helping each other along the way. To date, the original VoiceoverCity Meetup Group has almost 800 members. In social media circles, the group maintains connections with over 2400 people on Facebook and over 9700 on Twitter.

Gerald often talks about VoiceoverCity as a communication training center first because of his belief that people should measure their learning by how much they improve their ability to communicate with others.  The thing that excites Gerald most is the idea that his work will play a part in helping others achieve their goals.
